Jake's room

Beautiful condo in Kempsville Lake area. Fully renovated and very comfy living. You would have your own room and the bathroom next to it. I have a bed for use, but if you prefer your own that is fine. Very close to town center and the interstates to hop on to get to the beach or Norfolk. Internet is included and other bills are split 50/50.

I will be the only other person living here. I am a very clean and organized/ person and I would expect the very same from a roommate. I can not stand a mess or uncleanliness.
