Renting 2 rooms to one person in my 3 bed to bath house built in 2007. Bedroom is furnished with new king size bed and dressers. The 2nd room is furnished with 2 recliners, a flat screen tv and all the closet space you’ll ever need. You’ll have your own bathroom.

I’m by no means a clean freak but I expect you to keep your areas clean and clean up after yourself.

It’s a pretty quiet area right outside of historic downtown Woodbine surrounded by woods. No visible neighbors and a nice screened in porch.

Common areas include living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and screened in porch.

You must be employed full time. Smoking outside. I’m 420 friendly but don’t partake. No drug addicts.

Not in a big hurry to rent the room. Looking for the right roommate. My ideal roommate pays rent on time, contributes to a peaceful living environment, can listen to feedback and speaks up when necessary. I’m easy to get along with as long as you respect my property.
