You will have access to free parking and all common areas in the townhouse with your fun, friendly, artistic roommates. We have laundry on-site, new kitchen appliances, plenty of storage, and entertainment. The owner loves to have regular dinner parties, movie/game nights and encourages creating/working together on passion projects as friends. This community with great neighbors and we are Pet-friendly. $750/month per room, 1-month security deposit. Utilities range from $80-120.

Hello! My name is Matthew Francis and I’m a Chef, Producer, and Director here in Birmingham. I work at a great company making recipe videos for major brands. I’m quiet, friendly, a hard worker, and I love a fun, peaceful home! My 2 roommates and I are all very kind and funny. We usually just go about our days and usually try and stay quiet on our own time, but we do love to chat about our days, watch movies/shows together, and cook for dinner parties.
