I own the property owner and live here with Mia (she is a 7 yr old Yorkshire Terrier). We like to hang out and cook dinner, hang out in the living area or the garage, and have friends over from time to time. We keep to normal hours and respect all sleep and social habits. We are accepting and respectful of anyone who is respectful of us, we would prefer to have someone who likes to be social with us and has some things in common, but that is certainly not required.
