Two rooms for rent for a 12 month lease in a 3 bed, 3 bath house with a backyard and front porch in the Brainerd area. The house is 15 minutes from the campus and downtown. Library, airport, Aldi and Walmart less than 10 minutes away. Each room comes with its own bathroom. They are not furnished. The bigger room has 2 closet spaces and a double vanity bathroom inside the bedroom offered at $900 with $900 refundable deposit. The smaller room has 2 closet spaces inside the bedroom and the bathroom is in the hallway offered at $750 with a $750 refundable deposit. I also will require a $30 background check that will be paid by you. All utilities will be split 3 ways (electric, wifi, sewer, water, gas). You will have access to the washer and dryer weekly and access to the kitchen as long as you clean after each use. No pets or smoking allowed. Looking for two female renters who are responsible, reliable, clean and friendly.

I am a 27 year old Colombian woman and recently the house. Currently, I live with my dog Buster. He’s an Anatolian shepherd and the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet. I normally work 6 days a week. I’m very clean and quiet.
