Petco park is directly across the street with a balcony looking at the stadium so it’s a great place for pregames before the bars, games or concerts. 5 minute walk to gaslamp, 10 minute drive to Coronado. Private bedroom and bathroom, unfurnished so you can put whatever you want in there. Super nice commercial gym right across the street overlooking the stadium too. Underground parking garage attached to the complex with your own personal spot as well.

Lease goes until the end of May, but you could always extend. Rent and utilities add up to around $2000/ month each ($4000 total between the two of us). I’ve got a corgi who’s super chill also.

Hey I’ve been living in San Diego for about a year now. Originally from Texas, but have been moving around since I finished college. I am a helicopter pilot for the navy flying out of Coronado.

I’m very relaxed and clean and I’m cool with you having parties or people over. I don’t really ask much either, just take turns with cleaning I guess. So far the only furniture is whatever I’ve got, but I’m cool with sharing everything (tv, kitchen things, etc). Let me know if you have any questions
