Chimney Hill Drive

This room is on the bottom floor with it’s own bathroom. The room has adequate space for one person with plenty of space in the closet. The house is completely furnished at the moment with plenty of living space. The backyard is very spacious with adequate parking. There is a washer and dryer so laundry will not be an issue. Kitchen has all essential appliances. The house is apart of a secluded street with other homes being majority college students. The surrounding area is very peaceful, quiet, and safe. Your just a 10 minute drive from A&M main campus. Closest bus pickup spot to campus is approximately 10 minute walk from the house and is the bus #12. Looking for someone in need of a room until the lease ends in July of 2023.

I have lived here for 1.5 years and have enjoyed living here the most compared to the other locations I have been in the area. I particularly enjoyed it due to its seclusion. I currently have 3 other male roommates that are A&M students. I’ve known them for 4 years and can say that they are all very chill and good dudes.
