Gabe's room

This large room is 13 feet by 16 feet, 9 foot high ceilings, with 2 large windows. The room is partially furnished with 2 bookcases, a dresser and clothing storage. The apartment is smoke free (including e-cigarettes) and pet free, sorry but no pets allowed in this apartment. It is a single occupancy, meaning only one person can live in the room (sorry to couples). There are some building wide rules that need to followed, such as filling out and submitting additional forms, paying a moving fee of ($100), having rugs that covers 60% of the floor. And a few other things that we can review later. I’ve been setting up zoom call introductions so we can chat and talk about the space.

The apartment is near Yankee Stadium, right off the 161st Street Subway Station. Just a 6 minute walk to the 4 and D train. Which makes for a dream commute, having access to an east and west side express train.

I’m Gabriel, I’m a teacher. I enjoy having a calm, peaceful, clean home. Of course, I like to have fun, play music, go out dancing and spend the day out and about, have friends over and make dinner. Having that balance is important to me. I love living here, having the trains nearby make my life so easy and I love being able to hop in and out of Manhattan and get home and drop on the couch. Historically I haven’t had the best roommate experiences, so I’m hoping I can meet someone who can be great roommate and friend.
