Rent is $900 a month. To move in you’ll need $500 security deposit, a $60cleaning fee, and first months rent. Total move in cost $1460 (utilities are included in rent)

Application fee=$30, includes background and eviction check

Rent is due on the 1st-online payment

YOU WILL NEED PROOF OF INCOME. 3 months bank statements or pay stubs. Preferred make atleast 3,000 a month

For a furnished(or unfurnished) private bedroom, shared bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Single occupancy.

HOUSE ATMOSPHERE: not a party house i wont have any here and neither will any other resident here. I like to keep it very orderly and tidy/clean and picking up/cleaning after yourself is a necessity. Alcohol is acceptable under the obvious rules you are not excessively loud late at night and clean up after yourself. No smoking indoors. No drugs or guns inside the house. No couples. Currently it is just me living here but i will be renting out 1-2 other rooms so expect the house to be living 2-3 other people.

Nice fully furnished home with large living room/dining room area which includes common use dishes and cookware etc, full kitchen, washer and dryer, large wrap around porch, big driveway, big yard with fire pit, security cameras and alarm system for added security.

Centrally located in tacoma 10mins away from the narrows, bus stop 2 min walk, 5mins from tcc and grocery stores.

The room can be left with bed frame, mattress and dresser or can be taken out according to your preference.

House rules are few and simple:

Its a shared bathroom and living area so cleanliness is a must be willing to “see something, do something” when a trash can is full or something is spilled.

Be respectful. This is the most important rule.

Don’t assume things. Ask questions, ask permission, communicate about things.

Always keep in mind trust is as important as respect, don’t betray anyones trust.

Be conscious about utility usage especially electricity and water.

Currently its just me living here I’m a 21yr old guy I’m into cars going to the gym and business stuff. I keep to myself most of the time. Im not currently in school but keep myself very busy I don’t party really so Im not going to be coming home super late and keeping people up. In general I’m very easy going I don’t put myself above anyone I’m also very willing to sharing things in the home including food. Hope to meet you soon!
