Come join my roommate and me! A spacious, unfurnished room with shared bathroom is for rent. There will be 3 of us total.

Home is 1900 square foot (4 BR, 3 BA) and is recently remodeled with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to share, including covered porch and outdoor deck and spacious fenced in back yard.

Approx room size: 12 ft x 10 ft

Rent includes: • Free cable (DISH TV), including On Demand free movies (renting, early release), HBOMax, Showtime, and Stars.
-Professional House Cleaning monthly (they do not have to clean your room if you don’t want) • Treadmill in the home (if you are 5’6 and under - it’s in a low ceiling room)

Located in the the Maize-Morse neighborhood of Columbus (Cooke Rd exit on 71 - other side of 71 from Clintonville). Close to Saraga!

About Me: I’m a friendly full time-graduate student in my mid-40’s. I am self employed and work from home part time. I’m clean, considerate, and enjoy having others to share my home. My roomate is a early 40s professional who is super friendly, kind and considerate.

Ideally would love to find someone who I can be friendly with while also respecting space. I have two indoor/outdoor cats who I adore. I occasionally host game nights or dinner for friends (maybe twice a month), but I am not a partier. We are both later evening/early night people.

About You: Friendly, clean and considerate and knows how to live well with others. MUST be cat friendly and LGBTQIA+ friendly as well. Preferably you are female or a gay man, but open to straight guys too (my roommate is one). Also, no pets of your own as my cats take a very long time to get acclimated to other animals. Also, if you’re not an early riser/morning person this would be ideal.
