There are 3 options with rent. The house is approximately 5 minutes from the main campus, 15 minutes to University Hospital, 10 min to Providence, and 10 min to Springhill Medical Center.

1. College Suite -Fully furnished private room with keypad entry -Mounted Smart TV -Large Closet -Cherry Wood Furniture -Queen Size Bed -Shared Bathroom with 1 other -Own Designated HALF Bath Vanity for storage -Access to a fully equipped kitchen -Access to main living room/garage den -Rent $700 -Fixed Utilities/Service Fee $250(Covers Vivint Security, periodic Maid service, water, internet, power, gas, lawn care) -Total $950 all-inclusive (if paying by semester, rent is discounted $850/month all-inclusive)

2. Deluxe Suite -Fully furnished private room with desk, keypad entry -Mounted TV with Firestick -Large Closet -Black and Silver Furniture -Queen Size Bed -Remote Control Chandelier Ceiling Fan -Shared Bathroom with 1 other -Own Designated HALL Bath Vanity for storage -Access to a fully equipped kitchen -Access to main living room/garage den -Rent $750 -Fixed Utilities/Service Fee $250 (Covers Vivint Security, periodic Maid service, water, internet, power, gas, lawn care) -Total $950 all-inclusive (if paying by semester, rent is discounted $850/month all-inclusive)

3. Luxury Suite -Fully furnished private room with vanity, keypad entry -Mounted Smart TV -Large WALK-IN Custom Closet -Luxury Silver Furniture with King Size Bed -Large dresser, mirror, and chest -Remote Control Chandelier Ceiling Fan -Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub -Double Sinks in the Bathroom -Access to a fully equipped kitchen -Access to 3 different living rooms/dens -Fixed Utilities/Service Fee $250 (Covers Vivint Security, periodic Maid service, water, internet, power, gas, lawn care) -Total $1200 all-inclusive (if paying by semester, rent is discounted to $1000/month all-inclusive)
