The property is a 1700 square foot three bedroom house with a detached second garage. It has a private driveway with an access gate. There are two full bathrooms. You can have the middle bedroom that has an attached bathroom. That bathroom would be private to you.

I would keep the master bedroom/bathroom for when my kids come over. I see them every 1st/3rd/5th weekend, but they don’t stay overnight right now.

The property has a nice backyard, great front yard and a large living room and dining room. It has a full kitchen and was recently remodeled. The neighborhood is very quiet and I keep to myself most of the time.

We would split the rent and utilities sixty / forty, since I’m in the master bedroom. You would be officially added to the remainder of the lease, which can last until June 2024.

I’m looking for someone responsible, laid back and clean. I work from home. I’m in the middle of a divorce, so the trial date won’t be until December of 2023 or later.

Most of my kid weekends will be spent doing kids things around Dallas. I’m busy working during the week. The house is almost completely furnished except for your room. I use it as an office right now. I would handle the lawn work.

I’m about 8 months into a 24 month lease, so I prefer someone who wants a 6 to 16 month lease.

It is in Brookhaven Country Club community on a closed in street. So it is very quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves. I’m pretty quiet myself. I drink rarely, don’t smoke and on weekends I am going to be out with my kids. My number is two one four, nine three eight, six five one eight.

The rent is $2700 and the utilities average $500-600 a month. Since I get the master bed/bath, I’m looking for a 60/40 split. You would pay 40% of $2700 for rent, plus 40% of utilities. It would average around $1300 a month total.

It is just way too much space for one person.
