The house is a 4 bedroom 3 bath house. The room available is one of the larger bedrooms with its own ensuite bathroom, perfect for privacy. The house includes washer, dryer, fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. Each room has its own controllable individual AC so temperature in the house is never a conflict. The house is fully furnished, all you need to bring in bedroom furniture.

The current tenants are students the University of Tampa. Love cooking, baking, TV/movie nights, and hanging with friends. There are two indoor cats that also live in the house. The girls love to go out on the weekends and chill during the week.
