This is a private bedroom located on the 2nd floor of a brand new town home built 2021. No one has ever lived in the bedroom and it still smells new.

I am a 30 year old male, I work from home running my own business. On weekends I am typically out and about with friends or out of town. I live a very healthy lifestyle, gym 6x per week I keep a very tidy and clean space, my home is nicely decorated and furnished. I always get compliments when guests are over. I have a 3 year old Golden Retriever named cooper, hes very well behaved and friendly. I live the typical life of a 30 year old bachelor, very career driven. I also have an 8 year old son who visits every few weeks.
