Private home in a quaint, very safe, gated community. You’ll have a small private bedroom on the 2nd floor (with a ceiling fan), available furnished or unfurnished. All utilities included, use of washer and dryer in garage. Share a full size bathroom with one other person. Our community has a pool and jacuzzi. In a great Oceanside location; close to the beach, close to the 76, 78, and I-5, Carlsbad, Vista, Camp Pendleton.

Fulltime working mom and 19 year old son live here and renting out our 3rd bedroom. We are both busy and active, appreciate our quiet neighborhood and home, and we are hoping you will too. We have a small sweet dog who is outside most of the time in our small backyard.
