This is a fantastic deal on a private room in an older but great house in a safe neighborhood, just off of Nolensville Pike and Thompson Lane. House comes furnished with dishwasher, food disposal, washer + dryer. As for the security deposit, that will be decided by the landlord and may or may not be required.

I’m Tyler, 33 years old, and my other housemate is Zach, 28 years old. He has two adorable cats (sisters) but we’re not looking for any more animals to move in. We both work full time but do our best to pick up after ourselves, clean any messes we make, and all do our part to keep this house as nice and clean ad we can; and we will expect you to do the same. Looking for someone safe, reliable, dependable, and clean. Thanks!
