I am currently furnishing the apartment, so i need someone who would be okay with the place coming together. I am very much into fitness and a healthy lifestyle! So if you are too, it’s a plus that there are 2 gyms right across the street. I am easy going! But I do need someone to respect house rules. I am sober! So I cannot have partying or alcohol/drugs in the house. That’s non negotiable.
