Hello, Large bedroom with large closet . Sunny and bright during the day . Nice and clean . Hard wood floors and floor rug .central ac and heat . Freshly painted light grey. Plenty of room for king size bed and furniture. The room isn’t furnished. No pets not allowed in the condo association and no smoking inside the building either.
One roommate myself. Pretty open and honest person . This is my home and it’s a clean and comfy place. Shares common area and household cleaning. Active in my church community and most weekends I am out and about except when it so cold during the winter. I work from home so I and there often . Hopefully to retire in 5 years.
