Hello, I just bought my dream home in Great Falls and am looking for a roommate to help round it out and make it a home. This is a 2500 sq foot home with lots of room. The room is located in the basement and has a private bath as well as room for a private living room. If the basement isn’t your vibe, there are also two available bedrooms on the top floor, However, the bathroom would be shared with me. There is a private yard and deck, with BBQ and room for friends, however, only street parking is available. The house 116 year old charmer who has been fully updated with heat and central air, washer and dryer. There is also a resident Cat, who has full run of the house and is not friendly to other animals. So, other pets are at her discretion. The home is a 3 level, and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is beautiful with an extra large fridge. The home also has a small dining room and living room off the front parlor. There is a very very nice queen bed and full bed that are available to you if needed. Included in the rent, internet, basic cable, heat/cooling and electric. Hello, I’m Nina a 50 yo female. I enjoy art and craft projects and consider myself handy. I will be moving in to the house on the 9th of November and will be moving out of boxes for a while. So it may be hectic for a minute. I enjoy nature, camping and kindness! So you must be kind as well. I have a friend who is considering on moving sometime in May, however, I don’t think he will show but I wanted to make you aware of the situation. (No surprises) No, more roommates will be brought in besides you and a huge maybe for my friend. I don’t know anyone in GF so I definitely will not have a lot of company. I don’t mind if you have friends over on occasion but no loud parties and definitely not a revolving door of people. I am outgoing and friendly but also a homebody at the same time. I am 420 friendly as well as vape. There is no smoking of cigarettes in the house but it is not a dealbreaker (as long as cigarettes stay outside and area kept clean) I’m also looking to keep the house clean, I want this to be a HOME for all who enter. I have no criminal history and have worked as a care giver for the last 6 years. I should add that I’m quirky and have an odd sense of humor. If you do as well, bonus. I expect anyone to be upfront about their past criminal history (if this is an issue) I am willing to consider but open communication and honesty is a must! Please, no violent/ sexual offenders. This is also a roommate wanted, not a “let’s sleep together arrangement” so if that’s what you’re looking for, this is not the right place for you.
