The kitchen and laundry are on the main level which you are welcome to use. I also have furniture if you need the space furnished (we can talk.) The house is near Rails to Trails, a 10 minute walk to Valley Falls and a 5 minute ride to I-84.

I am a real estate agent who works from home half of the time. I am quiet and looking for someone who is quiet as well. I don’t have any pets and keep my home clean and in good condition.
