The pictures are of my current roommates stuff your room will be fully unfurnished. Whole apartment was remodeled last year before so moved in. Kitchen has full fridge range stove and new appliances.

The room you will be renting is spacious and good natural light in the AM. It has a large closet with duel sliding doors. It also has its own half bathroom with mirror and storage space.

There is laundry located in the building (it takes quarters). Neighbors are super friendly, quiet, and respectful, the shared space outside is respected.

A super cozy shared family room I furnished but am open to other furniture. There is also a 3rd guest/storage room for when friends/family stay the night, also used for entertainment and late night chillin so we can be respectful of each other’s privacy and not making noise.

The Apartment is location is so perfect. We are on a quiet street located only 3 blocks away from many restaurants/bars and, theaters. Also a choice of 5 different grocery stores with in 3 miles of the apartment. Hospital, banks, and emergency services within walking distance. It’s on the bottom floor first apartment very convenient for moving in. There are tandem Parking spots in driveway for you and I also plenty of street parking within walking distance.

Security is important to me even though this is a super safe neighborhood I still take extra precaution. There are alarms on the solid front door along with a locked screen door both have deadbolts on them also locks and alarms for windows. I have a personal security camera at the front door (like ring) can be connected via cellphone. The building has multiple security cameras, Front and Back locked door entrances.

I am an easy going down to earth kind of person. I am a good communicator, super honest, and respectful. I am a part time chef on the weekend mornings and cook a lot at home I always clean up after myself, I make new dishes often and always looking for someone to taste test them. I am a very active person in the summer spring I am hiking, running, camping, and kayaking anything outdoors when the weather is warm. I work a lot on the weekend so you will barely see me but I do have some friends over sometimes, if late night we will be in the 3rd spare bedroom. Communication is something I value so I will give you a heads up if people are coming over.

I am your only roommate I work a lot so I am not home all the time (brunch chef on weekends and manage a dispensary full time). I am a clean person and would appreciate if you kept the shared spaces clean as well. I am 4/20 friendly but there is no smoking allowed on the property (landlord rules). I am friendly and enjoy good conversation, also value others “me” time. it would be great if we could get along well and we’re open to do things together as I would love to be friends with my roommate but if this is not something you are interested in I am ok with that to.
