1 bedroom available within a large 3-bedroom townhome in the heart of Clarendon!
This is a the largest of the bedrooms which takes up the whole top floor of the townhouse. The bedroom has a full bathroom, closet, and a private rooftop deck overlooking the 11th St Park. The basement floor includes a 2-car garage (with an additional spot out front) and 2 large built-in desks that are great for working from home. The main floor includes a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and half-bath. The 2nd floor includes the 2 other bedrooms and the washer and dryer. There are two other male roommates with rooms on the 2nd floor.
About the roomies
Male 26 and 27, both JMU alumni. Big into sports, video games, and poker. One works from home full-time and the other is in the office twice a week.
