About the complex: gym, pool, mail/package room for secure deliveries, club room and offices for WFH. Parking is free for unreserved spaces. They have two options for an added price to reserve a spot or garage. My complex has a policy for adding a new tenant to the lease, I don’t know the exact details but I will find out when the time comes! About the apartment: in unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, cozy living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with every gadget known to Williams Sonoma and small patio. The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom.
About me: I’m 28, work full time, love to cook, extremely clean (sometimes to a fault), dog mama to Gronk. He is a 3 year old mix, he doesn’t get along great with other animals in his space so we’re looking for a roommate that loves animals just doesn’t have one. I would love a roommate, short or long term, that is social (I’m a introverted extrovert so I like my quiet time too), clean and respectful! My lease ends in July so any period of time you need a space from now till then we can make it work.
