Sunset Avenue

This is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse that’s a 5 minute walk from the stadium and a 15 minute walk from downtown. It’s fully furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer. There’s also 3 dedicated parking spots! The security deposit is one month’s rent.

I graduated with my bachelors degree in psychology and I’m currently working in one of Clemson’s research labs! I have two cats named Moerice and Ziggy that will be staying with me. I’m pretty laidback, but I like the space to be clean and try to maintain it regularly. I’m hoping to find a roommate that’s relaxed and likes cats! I’d prefer to live with a graduate student or someone else working for the university.
