Zoe's room

Two unfurnished bedrooms (one upstairs; one downstairs) are available to lease starting June 1. The house is single-family 4BR/1BA home located on a quiet street in New Brunswick. It’s within walking distance of RWJUH & St. Peter’s Hospital, College Ave, the train station, and various stores and restaurants. The house includes a spacious backyard, a washer/dryer combo, and central heating.

What we’re looking for:

• Young professionals and/or full-time grad students (willing to consider undergrads as well)
• Age range: 20s to early 30s
• Preferably one male and one female tenant
• NO couples
• NO pets

One roommate (woman/24) works full-time on weekdays, the other (man/20) attends college and also works full-time. We’re laid back and respectful of personal boundaries. It’s important that we find a roommates who we can get along with.
