Looking for a new roommate ASAP

We have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of El Cerrito, Ca. We are looking to fill one of the smaller rooms in the apartment.

The Area: El Cerrito is a quiet, quaint place occupied by families and working people alike. The apartment is located a few minutes from El Cerrito Del Norte Bart Station the El Cerrito DMV and the police station. It’s a safe area and has good options for mass transportation, walking or getting directly on the highway. We’re about 5-10 minutes from Safeway, local marts, a Marshall’s, Ross, Home Depot, Grocery Outlet, laundromats etc.. and also in the area nearby there’s El Cerrito Plaza.

The Apartment: a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 baths apartment. The room available is the back room of the apartment & you’d share a bathroom with one person (me). The bathroom has its own closet for storage. The kitchen has lots of cabinets for storage, an electric stove and a dishwasher. Street parking is always available. The apartment also has a shared laundry room in the building coin operated.

The room is can fit a queen size, a dresser & a plant stand/space saver thing. Photos will be posted soon but right now based on this info you can get a good feel of how big the space is. Rent is $790 with WIFI. Electricity ranges but can be between 30-45 based on usage. Deposit is $800. Our landlord does require a credit check before you sign the lease. The lease is month to month.

We are two women in our late twenties. We both work outside of the home. One of us works nights & I work during the day. Due to the opposite scheduling, the house stays pretty quiet.
