About the roomies
Roommate would be my 78 old mother who knows little English. So prefer to rent it out to someone who’s low maintenance and doesn’t require much communication, but you can always text / call me as She only speaks Chinese. Downside is that she may occasionally offer you some authentic Chinese food. There’s already a dog so please let me know if you have a pet as I’ll need to check with the HOA as there may be additional pet fees.
