Miraleste Drive

Furnished or unfurnished room in beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home in upper San Pedro. Full house privileges.. laundry in garage, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace lg screen TV in den. Split utilities 3 ways. I am adopting my sons Med sized dog mid Nov. she’s at least 10 years old and very well behaved.

Private room has its own AC/heater, sliding glass doors. Bathroom next to room has a shower that is shared. Kitchen is shared but you have your own pantry shelves and fridge shelves..

House is in a very nice, established neighborhood in upper San Pedro. 5-10 min from 110 freeway, restaurants, shopping, ocean, trails for hiking, movie theater.

We are 2 senior women who live busy active lives…..I’m only home 2-3 nights per week, second roommate is always on the go. We live very separate lives and stick to ourselves but get along nicely.

Prefer someone 35+ years but gender is not important…LGBTQ friendly. Third roommate doesn’t need to worry about privacy or interference of any sort…we come and go as we please.

We have both had our vaccinations and hope to find someone else who has also had theirs but at least be able to sho negative Covid test…
