Terri's room

Hello! The apartment complex is Arbor Ridge Apartments. It is near Whittier College and at the bottom of a cul de Sac. Property has pool, small gym, laundry in unit. It is a 2 bed, 2 bath so you get your own bedroom &bathroom.

The lease is month to month but I am looking for a six month to year long room mate. Ideally looking for a year long room mate since I’m in school but am flexible. The apartment unit is smoking free, requires an income of $2800 per month (before taxes) and decent credit.

I work remotely at a healthcare tech company. I am 25, non-smoker, down to earth but likes to have a good time. I am clean, quiet, ultra responsible and respectful so I expect the same thing.
