DOWNSTAIRS: 1 living room, 1 laundry room, 1 half bath and a beautiful 600 ft sq backyard. (NB: no access to my private bedroom and private bath. Garage is already full and cannot be shared.)

Easy free street parking spots & Lincoln Park Entrance free parking.

PATH journal square Trains is 15 mins walk away. Easy NYC access. (I personally bike to the PATH subway daily for work in person in NYC Midtown). PATH train provides access to NYC West village, Downtown, FiDi, Midtown, Hells Kitchen. PATH Connects with most MTA trains: A,C,D,E,F,J,N,Q, L,1,2,3,4,5,6. Newark Liberty EWR Airport is 10 mins uber/lyft away.

The house is located across the giant and beautiful Lincoln Park, with: walk trails, running tracks and outdoor fitness equipment, dog run, tennis courts.

Delis and Supermarkets within 5 mins walk on West Side. 440 road Hudson mall with gym and stores is 5 mins away. Blink Gym at Journal Square. Retro Fitness at Hudson Mall.

I got this condo duplex a few months ago and am the only occupant. I am looking for someone to share my house with in order to be able to afford it and improve quality of life. I get along with kind, social, easy going, outdoorsy people, who enjoys quietness & a good quality of life.

I have a 1 year mixed lab dog, adorable friendly and playful, being dog friendly is a MUST here! I do not mind a roomy with a pet (no cat as my dog is not trained around them) under the conditions that: 1) my pet and yours get along well, and 2) that the pet is clean and trained.
