I am looking for a female roommate to share a one-bedroom apartment. Iām looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and a non-smoker. The apartment is very close to the university (10 mins walking) and is available now for short-term (3 months) and long-term lease (6 months or more).
It is located on the Penthouse apartments (KAMAP properties), and has a shared kitchen and bathroom. The monthly rent is 2700 $ (1350 per person) . Utilities are included expect gas and electricity.
About the roomies
About myself, I am a postdoc in the Mathematics department and usually work at the university until 7pm.
