Serious renters only. We are all chill and quiet. Room is available to move in right away. We can prorate rate the left over days in the month. It’s $900 per month basis it’s for a room rental only not a shared house. Shared washer and dryer but we only wash with cold water to conserve energy. Access to kitchenette. A security deposit of $900 is due prior to moving in along with the first month’s rent. No lease. It’s a month-to-month rental only. My last roommate was here for almost 8 years on month to month and left because they are having a baby and needs a larger place. He has a small couch in his room and made it into his own little mini efficiency. Sorry…no pets. Bathroom is shared with another male in mid 30s. The room can come with or without furniture,

Located right off Arlington Blvd route 50. Falls church is centric to everything. 8 min drive to DC, 10 min drive to east falls church metro, metro bus stop is 3 blocks away. 8 min to tysons, 5 min to 495 10 min to 66. 15 min to 95.

Shared space with two males in their 30s. One guy is moving out at ended if the on Month but this tub is available right away. I can only show the room during the day between m-f 10-am-2pm.
