Looking to lease take over my room in a high rise located in Downtown Brooklyn! It’s close to everything you need— food, subway, groceries, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Management is very prompt and helpful. Pay rent online in management app. Utilities aren’t included but bills split (Electricity + WiFi) evenly with roommate is usually around $100-$150 depending on how much energy you consume.

It’s in a high-rise building and has a lounge, gym, roof access, 24hr doorman, and is pet friendly. The unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, dishwasher, hardwood floors, a shared balcony with one other apartment plus private one in your room, and central ac/heat in unit.

You will be living with another lovely roommate who is a student at Pratt. Very communicative, clean, respectful and a kind person. The lease take over term is from December (willing to do earlier) to July 31, 2023. Includes furniture (bed + credenza).
