Currently two female occupants in their 20s along with a pet cat. Keeps the house clean, will have occasional dirty dishes in the sink or crumbs on the counter for short periods of time. Both work full-time, spend most evenings in the living room even if just on our phones. Open to a roommate that wants to be friends or one that just wants a place to stay. No judgement
