Big fridge which will have individually space and shelves for you.

ALL utilities included AND water taken care of by HOA so showers and bathing for a long time is okay👍👍 Electricity charges more from 2PM to 7PM BUT not on Saturday and Sunday. Small pool in middle of community.

Easy area to go out on a walk or bike ride around. NOT a flood zone.

I’m 28years old, Air Force vet. I’m very laid back. It’s an HOA community that really doesn’t party or get loud at all. So I’d like to have all professionals like Cops or Firefighters and of course any military, traveling students or foreign workers etc but I mean if your lifestyle is wanting to get lit whenever possible I mean sorry but even if I was renting a house in the middle of nowhere I’m letting you know there’s no parties here accept small get togethers. I do not care if you leave clothes all over your room or even wash your sheets, just don’t ever let anything affect the rest of the house. If your room smells bad but you keep it inside then there’s no problem. If you don’t break anything in the room or the house, then there’s no problem. If you do break something but you simply let me know, then we can solve it in a fair way, not a way that takes advantage you or your finances just both of us can calculate the repair and the costs and see what makes the most sense for it, so there’s no problem. If you clean up after yourself in common areas like the kitchen, then there’s no problem. If you leave the fan on in your room all day or the bathroom all day

I do NOT require a deposit or 30 day notice as a requirement, just let me know when you’re leaving and you can pay me the difference. If you can let me know 30 days ahead of time then please let me know, but it’s not a requirement.

I’ll just be direct with you, won’t be passive aggressive and if there’s a small problem I gotta let you know about…believe me it’s not a judgment reflection on you, I rented rooms when I was younger and I know all about how it is living in different homes and with different people all the time.

1 thing to point out is that this is probably just going to be a 1 year maximum as by this time next year my fiancé and I will need the whole condo to ourselves
