You’d have 3 other roommates in their 20’s. We’re laidback and nerdy. We’ve been living together for over a year with a lack of issues. We’re sanitary but may leave minor clutter on the dining table. We communicate, it’s ok to talk about problems. We smoke weed maybe once a month. We stay up very late but don’t party. Aug 15th it’s going to be just 2 roommates. No dogs or cats allowed, sorry I know it’s a deal breaker.
