2 Females seeking a roommate for a modern, safe 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in Playa del Rey. Room available around November 20th, 2022.

Seeking roommate for at least 6-12 months. $500 refundable deposit and $300 non-refundable cleaning fee upon moving in. Must provide pay stub and/or credit report (Free Credit Karma ok). Can go month to month, but prefer longer term. As for current COVID Pandemic conditions, Playa del Rey is NEGATIVE 25% compared to Los Angeles as a whole. Very few cases here. Household is healthy.

ALL Included in the rent are: Central Air/Heat, Balconies/patio, Cable/Wireless internet, plentiful safe street parking. Dishwasher, Fireplace. Washer/dryer in unit, Microwave, Pool, Spa/hot tub, Gym, some good shared storage (large garage shed & bike cage).

The bedroom is 10 1/2 x 12 feet unfurnished, with a 4 x 5 walk in, lighted closet…very bright and sunny. Can fit single, queen or double bed. Very clean bathroom with shower/tub that would be SHARED with other roommate. STREET PARKING only. Parking is plentiful, lighted and safe right in front of the home. Street sweeping Wednesday & Thursday 12 noon - 2pm.

ALL UTILITIES AND TRASH INCLUDED. We share in house cleaning and sometimes the cost to have maid service come and clean/sanitize when needed. About $25-30 each (negotiable).

Close to all Freeways (105/405/10/90 & 91), Beach (3 blocks), Buses/Transit/Metro.

We are close to LAX, so it’s also great for someone who works at/near the airport or goes to LMU/Otis. Also, 30-40 minutes easy commute to most parts of LA, downtown and Long Beach. We also have Metro Micro shuttle service in Playa del Rey and Westchester ($2) trips without a car and very soon a Metro Train from Inglewood/Westchester to all points of LA/Long Beach.

The common areas are lightly decorated. We have a fully stocked kitchen with counter top appliances of all kinds included.

I lead a pretty quiet and non-drama life with a dog and cat who are very friendly, lovable and obedient. No other pets please. We work, are respectful and share in the responsibilities around the house.

I’ve had several roommates over the years by subleasing and have made good friends (references provided upon request). I am kind, considerate and treat people with respect. I am not a partier, but do occasionally have friends, family or guests over. Same for you, all welcome as long as they are respectful of the home. However, please no long term guests. I work part time from home. I enjoy staying active and go to the gym sometimes, read, travel, etc. I’m seeking people who don’t take life too seriously, have positive outlooks, enjoy socializing once in a while, pay on time, are responsible and easy to get along with. Must like pets. All I ask is no drama, loud parties or drugs. OUTSIDE SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE.
