ROOM AVAILABLE JULY 1, 2026:

$650 rent/month plus $45/month flat rate for utilities, high speed fiber-optic internet, A/C, heat, electricity, water, etc.

The room is currently furnished, but can be either furnished or unfurnished at your discretion. Photos of the room for rent appear at the top (attached), followed other house photos. The bed is queen size.

Laundry (washer and dryer) are on site. So is parking.

Commute to Orlando, Tampa or, of course, within the Lakeland-Winter Haven area as well.

It is a large house, so there will be 4 housemates in total after the room-to-be-rented is filled.

You would share the downstairs bathroom with one other person.

No pets allowed, with rare exceptions.

AIRPORT DRIVE TIMES: Lakeland airport (in southwest Lakeland) is approximately a thirty minute drive away. Tampa airport is about an hour’s drive away. The drive to Orlando airport is generally less than an hour’s drive away, but traffic on I-4 can vary dramatically by time of day and take longer during peak hours.

Nice housemates! The current housemates all get along great. Currently, all housemates are guys, ranging from their 20s to middle age.
