We have a fully furnished room, semi-private bath with queen bed and custom closet for rent. Can be rented as furnished or unfurnished. Lease can be month to month. $1000 a month with everything included. $1000 deposit.

Bathroom is located right next door to the bedroom. It’s listed as semi-private as the occasional guest may need to use the toilette. We will have a house cleaning service keep the bathroom clean for this reason. We have our own bathroom off our bedroom. Bathroom has been completely renovated with luxury finishes: Heated marble floor, double vanity, frameless shower door, & rain shower.
Common spaces (kitchen, dining and living room) of the home are also available for use.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
Deck over looking lake. Laundry area is located in the basement and free to use. Home is situated on a private lake close to Minneapolis and all the Twin Cities has to offer. Relatively green practices; solar panels, and we are pretty good about recycling.

Owners live on site and are both professionals. One cat lives in the home.

Non-negotiables: No additional pets. Our cat is old and doesn’t like other pets. No smoking in the home. Back ground check is required. Must be able to show proof of income and deposit.

College graduates, with one starting grad school in the Spring; empty nesters; both work 4-10 hour shifts in their prospective fields; spend down time working on renovation projects, traveling, with family, or lounging. Both have relaxed laid back personalities and are introverts.
