I will be moving out of my 1 bed bath apartment on Dec 1st. The sublease is good until feb 9th however you do have the ability to renew if you plan to do so. My current rent is $1800 right now but as a sublease tenant/roommate you will be only paying $1000 per month until the renewal if you chose to do so. I will be leaving my couch and bed if needed but there will be no internet (sorry need that for work). The apartment is loaded with great amenities pool gym and in a safe location by cherry creek mall close to Target. Amli cherry creek is the apartment name.
