Two roommates already occupy the other rooms, so just looking for one more tenant at this time. The upstairs bedroom is separate from the bathroom, which is right across the hall. Rent is estimated to include utilities per month (about $760 +/-). There is a security deposit of $666.66. Square feet of location is listed only that of the bedroom. This room is outfitted with French Doors, Blinds on the windows, and Navy Blue Curtains and also a generous size closet with a shelf above. The house comes with Washer and Dryer, Refrigerator, and Dish Washer.

This neighborhood is very quiet and you can barely hear College HWY from here. Very close and ease of accessibility to the Poudre trail and water park. It is about a 20 minute walk into old town square from here.

Two friendly small dogs live here but landlord won’t allow any more pets. The owner of the dogs works from home during the week and occasionally on the weekends. Dogs generally hang with her in her room. My other roommate loves to mountain bike and go on Moto trips during the spring through summer and rides all year long otherwise. Loves music and playing his guitar. I will not only be leaving my roommates behind, but also some of my closest friends.
