About the room
The apartment is basically 100% furnished except for the other bedroom. Xfinity is 70 a month and PGE is 80-90 so each month utilities is about 75 dollars. The apartment is above Broadway, but the bedrooms are in the back and the windows are double-paned so traffic noise is not an issue. There is a half bath (shower and toilet are in separate rooms).
About the roomies
