Onyinyechi's room

Heyy! I’m moving out of the state and looking to relet my apartment from January 2023. You can move in mid-December though and I’ll still cover the rent till the end of December. It’s a room in a 4bed/4bath apartment at The Waverly in Newark, DE. Your bathroom is inside your room, the washer/dryer unit is inside the apartment. The only spaces you would share with the other roommates are the kitchen and living room. The apartment complex has two gyms, clubhouses, study spaces and a pool. If you’re a UD student, there’s a shuttle that comes to take you to campus from right outside the apartment. Home Depot, ACME and a plaza are literally less than a 5min walk. The other roommates are girls. They all work except one who is a grad student at UD. They would prefer if you didn’t have a pet. They’re super nice, neat and respectful.
