You basically have whole first floor as the upstairs tenants go straight to their rooms and don’t come downstairs often. Laundry room is downstairs. Outdoor pool, lounge chairs, camping beds, patio table. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Home on cul-de-sac so little traffic. 5 burner gas grill that plugs in house. Outdoor fire pit. Refrigerator and microwave in every room. Walking distance to park with lake. Individual cupolas on lake for bbq, picnics etc. They offer free exercise classes at 8 am. Everything you need is a 5 minute drive. 15-18 minutes to reach Las Vegas Boulevard. First and last required. No smokers whatsoever. No alcoholics or fall down drunks. $300.00 security is NON-REFUNDABLE, helps cover pool service, homeowners association fees, cleaning of house and floors. You are responsible for replacing and paying for anything you break. Looking for a neat clean person, who cleans up after themselves. I generally vacuum and mop and keep a neat home.

Older 70 year old gentleman upstairs, he goes to work at 3 am, in room directly afterwards. You will rarely see us. Other tenant works in medical field. 9:30 to 6:30.
