The room is secluded in the back right corner of the house with its own bathroom. Home is around 3,000 SQ feet and has 4 bedrooms. It has a 3 car garage and also has a nice little fenced in backyard backing a golf course. Beautiful rear patio with 2 grills. The neighborhood is friendly and safe.
About the roomies
Currently it’s me (23 years old) and my co worker Stephen (42 years old) in the house. We are only filling up 1 more room and leaving the other as a guest room. Stephen kinda keeps to himself whereas I’m more outgoing. We do not drink or use drugs and will not tolerate drugs in the house. Both of us work full time for a construction company.
