Bri's room

This apartment unit is on the ground floor right next to a typically empty parking lot so the walk to and back from the car will not be a long one. You are also able to park anywhere within the property and guests can have a guest parking pass which can be printed from online. There are also designated motorcycle lots.

The main living area is wooden but inside the rooms are carpeted. The room is 12’1“ X 11’3“ which can fit a queen or king size bed if needed with still enough room for a desk. the closet space is large and spacious with sliding doors. Any large dressers and drawers would be able to fit inside the closet. Although the images have obvious pictures of clothes and furniture the room will be UNFURNISHED. everything in the room is mine and will leave with me.

The room does receive a lot of sunlight around noontime, so I’ve never had to turn on a light until around 5pm which can help save some electricity.

The living area does have some furniture but if you have your own we can get rid of ours, they are old and worn out so we plan to get rid of them soon.

Most utilities are included except water and gas which is typically $10-$20 a month for both combined.

The apartment complex also offers a lot of amenities such as a gym and a car care station and the surrounding area is clean and nice. A 20 minute walk to multiple shopping districts (Such as target and Aldi or Safeway with the regal cinemas) and the Fair Oaks mall. there are many bus stops nearby if transportation is limited. The apartment complex also offers FREE shuttle bus to the Vienna metro station every morning.

I’m Bri, I’m looking to move out due to being a little far from work. We are LGBTQ+, Cannabis, and student friendly. We are all in our 20s and usually keep to ourselves due to our different work schedules. Open to pets and get-togethers here and there.
