Your rent includes ALL UTILITIES, a fully-furnished bedroom, and essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, etc… Fully furnished rooms available in a huge property! Month-to-month terms are available. This property has 5 private bedrooms with various Air BNB guests and residents. You’ll have access to a large kitchen with ALL needed utensils, a beautiful living room, sun room, washer and dryer, huge backyard with a fire pit, hammocks, and private parking spot in a huge private fenced in area. Currently we have one room available starting on October 1st. We’re hoping for a minimum of 3 months on this room. We have a SUPERHOST rating on Air BNB but are opening these rooms up for longer term stays. Message for availability! No pets. No chidren. Not suitable for either.

Excellent housemates, very clean, respectful, and quiet! They take care of their own space, along with the public spaces around the house.
