The apartment is on the second floor but right next to ample parking. The complex has a pool and gym. A washer and dryer are on the patio. If you smoke you can do so there.
About the roomies
I’m 34 years old and work full time as security mon-Fri. I keep to myself mostly but am always down for a movie night or some such. I don’t party or do drugs, but feel free to allow a couple friends over. I just would request indoor voices after 12 if possible. I keep the shared living space clean, and would love it if you’d do the same.
