One bedroom in a 855sq ft 2bed 2bath 3rd floor apartment in Kenmore, WA. I’m looking for a fellow queer/trans person close to my age to move into the spare bedroom, with the hopes of creating a fun and unique apartment together where we can both thrive! Must be okay living with 2 young kittens, and willing to keep a clean shared living space for their safety. Unfortunately no more animals are allowed in the apartment due to the lease only allowing 2 furry friends. Bookshelf and small dresser are up for grabs, but can easily be moved if you’re not interested in them!

The apartment is located on “brew row” in Kenmore, giving us a good handful of local breweries, pubs, and bars within walking distance. There’s also a thrift store, a bus station, a Safeway, and a coffee stand less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Responsible alcohol use okay, as well as occasional outside cannabis use. Please no cigarettes or hard drugs. I’m not really a party person but enjoy having drinks with friends every once in a while.

I’m a 22 year old single queer person looking for a likeminded roomie. I love horror movies, art journaling, animals, and taking day trips with my friends. I spend most of my time at work, and on my off days you can find me playing video games and hanging with my 2 cats. I work 4 10 hour shifts at an animal sanctuary, so I have 3 day weekends where I’m usually pretty tired. On work days I leave early and get home late. I enjoy going to the local breweries for trivia or just to have a pint, and would love company!
