One furnished bedroom available for rent July 5th-ish. (Looking for a female housemate only.) Utilities and internet are included. The room is large (approx 12 x 12), has an oversized closet, and is bright and airy with plantation shutters. The home is 3200 square feet (so lots of space!). Enjoy access to a spacious shared loft area, offering a secondary living zone to unwind, read, watch tv or Netflix, without feeling confined to your bedroom. There is a mini fridge, microwave, space for a coffee maker and a small table and chairs. You would also have access to the kitchen, full size fridge and laundry. The shared bathroom is spacious with a ton of storage. There is also another 1/2 bath downstairs. Sorry, no pets, children or overnight guests without prior notice. $300 security deposit. Applicant must be presently employed with a full time job outside of the home, proof of income and provide references. Looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful, like we are!

We are mature and responsible professionals. The house is large and spread out, so you shouldn’t feel like your personal space is compromised at all. It’s a happy, supportive, positive place to live. We are friendly, like to laugh, listen to music, cook and enjoy sipping wine on the weekends… but are pretty quiet and we keep to ourselves for the most part.
