One furnished OR unfurnished bedroom available for rent March 14th-ish. Utilities and internet are included. The room is large (approx 12 x 12), has a walk-in closet, and is bright and airy with plantation shutters. The home is 3200 square feet (so lots of space!), has 5 bedrooms with a loft that includes a television with DirectTV, a couch and mini fridge. You would also have access to the kitchen, full size fridge and laundry. The shared bathroom is spacious with a ton of storage. There is also another shared 1/2 bath downstairs. Sorry, no pets, children or overnight guests. $400 security deposit. Applicant must be presently employed with a full time job, proof of income and provide references. Looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful, like we are!

Note: the room can be furnished or unfurnished. If furnished, there will be a queen sized bed and large dresser in the room. The decor and other furniture (in photos) will not be available.

I live in my home with two female professionals. The house is large and spread out, so you shouldn’t feel like your personal space is compromised at all. It’s a happy, supportive, positive place to live. We are friendly, like to laugh, listen to music, cook and enjoy sipping wine on the weekends… but are pretty quiet and we keep to ourselves for the most part.
